The condition for entering a chain
Chains ask for a certificate before the first tonne. Here are the numbers, the certification bodies and the expiry dates you can verify in the register, not logos in a website footer.

Certificates
For each document: certification body, number and expiry date. Files go on the buttons as soon as Epic Foods hands them over.

Production of dried and/or roasted nuts, seeds and oilseed kernels; dried, smoked, air-dried and packaged berries and fruit.

The specification the products are manufactured to. Revisions 2019 to 2025 depending on the SKU; the exact number per SKU is in the logistics specification.

Roadmap
We write it as it is. The chain will ask anyway, and an honest date works better than silence.
Laboratory
Our own lab at intake and on the line. The frequency for each parameter is confirmed by Epic Foods.
Traceability
From the code on the pack we can pull the raw material, the supplier, the intake date, the line and the shift that packed it. If a recall is needed, we pull one lot, not the whole range.
