A retail chain asks for a certificate before the first tonne. So the documents are kept ready: ISO 22000:2019, our own studies and laboratory reports. Every batch is checked before dispatch.

Yes. ISO 22000:2019, certification body TESTMETRSTANDART, certificate UA.MS.474-24, valid from 28 May 2024 to 27 May 2027. Scope: production of dried and roasted nuts, seeds and oilseed kernels, food chain category C (CII). GFSI schemes (BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000) are not certified yet; we are ready to pass an audit at a buyer’s request.
Yes, private label and contract manufacturing. Minimum order from 2000 kg, mixed positions allowed: from 3 tonnes for seeds and from 2 tonnes for peanuts. About 2.5 months from artwork approval to a finished batch. We work under an NDA and the recipe stays yours.
Pillow pack, doypack, four-seam bag, PET jar and barrier film with modified atmosphere. Weights from 30 to 1000 g, 60+ SKUs in the catalogue. Shelf life 4 to 12 months.
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds 2008 19 99 00, roasted peanuts 2008 11 96 00, roasted pistachio 2008 19 13 00. We ship FCL and LCL, Incoterms EXW, FCA or FOB, pallets ISPM-15.
Standard pallet 120x80x15 cm. From 50 to 104 cases per pallet depending on the SKU: 104 for seeds and kernels in 40 to 220 g packs, 96 for 0.1 to 0.2 kg formats, 54 for peanuts, 72 for Smakolyk 0.5 kg, 50 for Soniachnyi Yaguar. Pallet gross weight 90 to 457 kg. Shelf life 4 to 12 months. A barcode and an HS code are available for each SKU in the logistics specification.
Yes. The production page carries video from the line, and documents, specifications and lab reports are sent on request, which is what a quality team needs before signing.
